So I stood there staring for awhile wondering what i just witnessed, if anything. After a few minutes.....a new big bright orange/yellow light rises above the treeline. I turned my phone on as soon as i saw it and filmed it. This one did not hover.....it just ascended...until as you can see the light just fades out. The first video is of the first one...which i didnt start taking until it was almost gone, but you see it fade out. The second video is of the second one i saw...very bright....ans then it eventually fades out. It was taken through a screen window on a Samsung Galaxy S III phone. When I think of alien disclosure these days, I think of ufologist extrodinar Stephen Bassett, he's one of the leading spokespersons for this topic. Personally I think the average person isn't ready. Bassett may be, but the overall human race isn't. I've talked to some of my own siblings and friends, most don't even acknowledge a conversation about the UFO/alien topic. It's so taboo and stupid to them, they feel they are way above it, which is kind of sad.
I did notice Stephen Bassett can be a little twitchy and nervous as times, it seems as though the alien disclosure topic has really got the best of him. I don't want to say it's turned him into a nervous wreck, because he's a well mannered individual, but personally I know how a loss of answers can make any person stressed out.

It's the wrong question to be asking, and if MUFON Field Investigators can't ask the right questions, then I'm not very confident that the UFO conversation can ever rise above the most rudimentary, meaningless levels. "However, there has never been any official recognition by the German government relating to UFOs or UFO activity," Fleischer added.
"So if the Germans were to open any files relating to UFOs, all we would find out is that they pass all their information to the Americans." Most UFO cases reported over Germany were only revealed when US files were made public. Germany's lack of UFO research is possibly due to the fact that "the US assumed that role after the end of World War II, although the Germans have never officially acknowledged this or any interest in UFOs," he said.
European governments aware of unexplained sightings So what do the files made public by the likes of France and Britain actually tell the public about the UFO phenomenon in Europe? While neither Nick Pope nor Robert Fleischer could guarantee that the initial European declassifications would eventually pressure all EU governments into opening their files, they both agreed that the revelations made public by those countries willing to divulge information could only improve research into a phenomenon that they believe is an issue for every nation.
