Possible Bigfoot tracks in the snow
We found these possible Bigfoot tracks in the snow on 3/6/15 in Southeastern Kentucky. They were on a old coal mining road where there is not much traffic other than the night watchman. The mine has been closed down for several months but there is still a few items around, so they keep a watchman on the site. There is a couple miles of dirt road before you actually get to the old mining area.
There was about 15-20 tracks total. Of course there is an amount of snow melt effect to these tracks but it does appear there are toes visible in some of the tracks. The possibility of a person walking along a snowy road in bare feet when the temperatures have been below zero or in single digits most nights, is just beyond a possibility. At first we thought it could be a bear but as we got to the area where there was more snow, it became clear it wasn't bear tracks.
This area does have Bigfoot activity and has had several sightings over the years. Here is a short video I made of the tracks.
I have never been a big fan of tacks in the snow due the fact that the melting snow makes the track appear larger than it really is. As for these tracks in the video, I didn't take a measurement but they appeared to be around 13 or 14 inches long and over 6 inches wide. My boot is a size 13 and the tracks are larger than my boot but you have to take in the melting snow factor. To me what is interesting is the appearance of toes in most of the tracks and the history of sightings in the area.

Date: October 10, 2010Time: Approx: 3:00 a.m.Excellent I have been having trouble finding a place to report a possible UFO sighting as I just went to the local police officers, but they were not much help. Maybe I could get some opinions on my problem? I had something very strange happen in the early morning of the 10th of October. In-fact, it's so odd I'm questioning my own sanity. This is what happened. I live in Kelowna B.C. and a friend and I went to the Myra Bellevue Provincial Park to overlook the city. We parked in a perfect spot for a beautiful view. It was approximately 3:00 a.m. and we were feeling very uncomfortable, so we locked our vehicle doors and in my gut I felt something was wrong up there. We both had a feeling like we were being watched, and my friend jokingly said that the location we were in was "an ideal place for the zodiac killer or UFO's to get us". I was not impressed. There was nobody around the area as it was completely isolated except for my friend and I in the little car. We started talking just about family and what not when all of a sudden two bright flashes of light went off and actually the light was so bright it filled the interior of the vehicle. The entire top of the mountain where we were situated was illuminated by these two flashes. The first flash was blue in color and not so bright, but the yellow flash was very bright. My friend and I looked at each other in astonishment then we quickly looked around and saw no source from where these flashes came from and we quickly got out of the parking lot. I felt sudden panic take over and I started to hyperventilate (I have never felt panic like that before in my life), and as we were driving down the mountain (a gravel road with many switchbacks) the source of the flashing lights seemed to be following us down the hill. My friend looked in the rearview mirror and saw a blue light following behind us at tree-top level directly over the road. Then we both started to panic even more, because now it appeared that the light was following us. My friend was looking in the mirror and saw the light implode on itself and disappear. At this point we had entered cell service and I tried to call my family to tell them what was going on, and where I was, but for some reason the phone was having difficulty connecting. I finally got a hold of my brother, and as I was talking to him on the phone, I looked ahead into the forest, and saw the blue light in the trees with the light filtering out from behind. I thought we were going to die. This was unreal. This was too much. We got to the bottom of the mountain, and we were safe. We didn't see anymore lights, and went directly to the police, who said there isn't much they can do, and didn't seem completely convinced in the validity of our story. This is eerie, and is really haunting me. What was it that I saw, and what did it want? If I was the only one who had seen this it wouldn't be so hard to deal with, because maybe I was just going crazy, but my friend shared the experience with me. We don't know what to make of it. Can someone help us make heads or tails of what we saw? This was the informal beginning of the now 64-year truth embargo regarding the extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. For this reason July 8 was chosen as World Disclosure Day to emphasize the need to reverse that now inappropriate policy.
The concept for a WDD in this context was originally put forward by Steve Beckow and Gfrey West in August of 2010. Since 2001, July 2 has been designated as World UFO Day. This date was chosen as it was a suggested candidate for the Roswell crash event. However, the era of the UFO is long over, and now we are in the era of Exopolitics - the political engagement of the past, present and future of extraterrestrial related phenomena. WDD thus completes the historical symmetry with these two dates bracketing the Festivalcelebrated each year in Roswell in early July.

Elizabeth Klarer (1910-1994) (From Answers.com) Elizabeth Klarer was the most prominent flying saucer contactee of the 1950s from South Africa. She was born in 1910 in Mooi River, Natal, South Africa and rose out of obscurity in 1956 following an encounter with a spaceship reputedly from Alpha Centauri, of which she took a picture. She was received enthusiastically among South African UFO buffs who provided her with a platform to recount her encounters. This time it flew close enough that she could see one of its occupants. Then on April 6, 1956, she was again at her farm in Natal when a saucer landed and she was taken aboard. The fair-haired and handsome person she had seen before introduced himself as Akon. The saucer took her to a large mothership, where she was shown pictures of Meton, Akon's home planet. She was given food, a vegetarian meal, and introduced to their culture. Two months later she saw the saucer again and took a picture of it as it flew above her farm. She told this story at UFO gatherings in South Africa, and over the years reported additional contacts. The most important event in these later encounters was her developing romantic attachment to Akon, with whom she had a son. She claimed that at one point she stayed for four months on Meton and completed her pregnancy there. Her son could not live on Earth, but occasionally visited her. All of these events were discussed in her 1980 book, Beyond the Light Barrier. Although warmly received in South Africa, her story was not believed by North American and European UFO researchers. The film-makers' meticulous depiction of the military's documentation has a tendency to slow matters. But through their obviously sincere effort to show that a vast majority of the more than 2,000 reports checked were proved erroneous, a viewer also would he inclined to go along with the disclosure that about 15 per cent of the reports are still officially designated as inexplicable: that, in effect, unidentified flying objects have been sighted. It must be noted too that the reproduction of the sudden appearance of a flight of fourteen giant, saucer-like, fantastically speedy unidentified "objects" over Washington International Airport in July, 1952, is more exciting than the foregoing investigations. But the alleged flight, as it is picked up on the radarscopes and as it nearly makes contact with jets sent up to intercept, has a theatrical tension and a spurious quality not present in preceding scenes. Two jet interceptors were sent up, and were able to see and track them in a brief series of maneuvers. According to official U.S. Air Force reports, the sightings could not be explained by radar malfunction or by unusual weather. It began at 9:30 p.m. when Airman 2nd Class John Vaccare, of the U.S. Air Force at RAF Bentwaters, tracked one UFO on his Ground Controlled Approach radar (type AN/MPN-11A) as it flew 40-50 miles (65 to 80 km.) in 30 seconds, i.e. 4,800 to 6,000 mph (7,500 to 9,500 km./hr.). A few minutes later Vaccare reported to T/Sergeant L. Whenry that a group of 12 to 15 unidentified targets was tracked from 8 miles (13 km.) southwest of Bentwaters to 40 miles (65 km.) northeast, at which time they "appeared to converge into one very large object, according to the size of the blip on the radar scope, which seemed to be several times larger than a B-36 aircraft [the largest operational bomber in history, with a wingspan of 230 feet or 70 m.]." The single large blip stopped twice for several minutes while being tracked, before flying off the scope. At 10 p.m., a single unidentified target was tracked from Bentwaters as it covered 55 miles (90 km.) in just 16 seconds. This works out to over 12,000 mph (19,000 km./hr.). Then, at 10:55 p.m., the Bentwaters GCA radar picked up an unidentified target on the same east-to-west course as the previous one, at an apparent speed of "2,000 to 4,000 mph" (3,200 to 6,400 km./hr.). Someone in the Bentwaters control tower reported seeing "a bright light passing over the field from east to west at about 4,000 feet [1,200 m.]." At about the same time, the pilot of a C-47 twin-engine military transport plane over Bentwaters said, "a bright light streaked under my aircraft travelling east to west at terrific speed." All three reports coincided. Soon after, radars at Bentwaters and RAF Lakenheath reported a stationary object 20-25 miles (32-40 km.) southwest of the latter base. It suddenly began moving north at 400 to 600 mph (650 to 1,000 km./hr.), but "there was no build-up to this speed - it was constant from the second it started to move until it stopped." It made several abrupt changes of direction without appearing to slow for its turns. Around 11:30 p.m., the RAF launched a deHavilland Venom jet interceptor, from RAF Waterbeach. According to the U.S. Air Force UFO report: "Pilot advised he had a bright white light in sight and would investigate. At 13 miles [20 km.] west he reported loss of target and white light. Lakenheath (radar) vectored him to a target 10 miles [16 km.] east of Lakenheath and pilot advised (that) target was on his radar and was 'locking on.' Pilot then reported he had lost target on his radar."Lakenheath GCA reports that as the Venom passed the target on radar, the target began a tail chase of the friendly fighter. Radar requested pilot acknowledge this chase. Pilot acknowledged and stated he would try to circle and get behind the target. Pilot advised he was unable to 'shake' the target off his tail and requested assistance."One additional Venom was scrambled from RAF station. Original pilot stated: 'Clearest target I have ever seen on radar." The following conversation between the two Venom fighter pilots was heard by the Lakenheath watch supervisor: "Did you see anything?" [Pilot #2]"I saw something, but I'll be damned if I know what it was." [Pilot #1]"What happened?" [Pilot #2]"He - or it - got behind me and I did everything I could to get behind him and I couldn't. It's the damndest thing I've ever seen." [Pilot #1] The 1969 report by the Air Force-funded study at the University of Colorado under Dr. Edward U. Condon concluded: "In summary, this is the most puzzling and unusual case in the radar-visual files. The apparent rational, intelligent behavior of the UFO suggests a mechanical device of unknown origin as the most probable explanation of this sighting. However, in view of the inevitable fallibility of witnesses, more conventional explanations of this report cannot be entirely ruled out."
Today, April 22, 2013, the long-awaited documentary "Sirius" is released, premiering in advance of theCongressional Hearings on Disclosure. It's been billed as a revolutionary work that advances the "truth" about aliens coming to Earth, as evidenced by the analysis of an "alien body" discovered in South America. It's claimed that DNA evidence proves it's not from Earth.But that's just a small part of the film. It would have been nice to get a film that could concentrate on the "alien body" question, since that at least is some physical evidence that can be tested. Unfortunately, rolling it in with standard conspiracy material weakens the "disclosure" aspect somewhat.I don't really want to get into the whole "disclosure" thing. I've posted elsewhere that I doubt any kind of "disclosure" as is envisioned by its proponents will ever occur. I also don't buy the "confirmation" version of disclosure that is currently making the rounds. Whether it's a "soft release" of information or actual whistleblowing, it doesn't make sense that whomever has the real story will allow it to go public in such a manner. If anything, the hype around disclosure and the aligning with conspiracy theorists will only make the possibility of rational discussion about the subject less likely.And then there's the mummified alien body.Contrary to what most people are being told, this odd artefact isn't new. At 9.25am on 10th August 2012, we made our way over to Canley Police Station situated on the A45 Coventry Road, West Midlands where we met up with the uniformed police dog handler (D/G) in the front office. On this occasion we were accompanied by Mr Bob Tibbitts, a personal friend and formerly the head of the Coventry based UFO Group (CUFORG).The officer (who asked that his name be withheld after consultation with Dan Barton of the West Midlands Police Press Office) was accompanied by a colleague, (D/S) who confirmed that he had received a call on the radio from the officer following the UFO having been seen, and that all communication was then made via a personal 'phone.The officer (D/G) then acting sergeant now 12months from retirement, told us that he was travelling along the A45 out of Coventry heading towards Birmingham, towards the Stonebridge Island along the darkened section of the A45. Weather conditions were described as being clear with a moon and intermittent cloud cover, although fog developed later. About a quarter of a mile past Map location SP280812:"I noticed a light in the sky which was pulsing rhythmically. It was very bright and had a bluish tinge to it. I thought at first it was plane and then realised as it was only a single light this was not likely to be the case, as I had never seen an aircraft in that part of the sky. A couple of seconds later it shot off at an incredible speed silently heading towards the Birmingham direction. As it did so the pulsating continued but of course diminished as it moved away, now over the Birmingham Airport direction. Suddenly it shot straight upwards into the sky at a phenomenal speed far too fast to have been any aircraft. About 2-300yards past where I had seen it I pulled into a lay-by on the left and radioed a colleague (D.S) also on duty that night and told him what I had seen". "The incident, for obvious reasons, was then reported via mobile phone rather than contacting the Force Control room using the Police radio.The Officer then contacted a relative to report the matter, and then made his way to Birmingham Airport where he discussed the matter with the ATC and the crew of the Police Helicopter. According to ATC nothing had shown on radar and no flights were plotted for that time (15minutes before and 30minutes later).The officer dismissed any suggestions made that he had seen a fireball meteorite, a sky lantern or jet aircraft. He feels that what he saw wasn't man-made, and maintains an open mind as to the identity of the object. He also stressed that if it had been an aircraft travelling at the speed, then why didn't it break the sound barrier as it moved through the sky?While we were unable to identity what it was the officer saw, we had of course come across many other examples of this phenomenon before during our research.Those examples also include occasions when film has been taken of these pulsating flickering objects which are seen stationary in the sky before suddenly shooting away at speeds, which rule out the possibility of any terrestrial explanation. One such example took place in Greenlands near Redditch a few years ago. The witness - a taxi driver - called the police who attended but were unable to offer any explanation. Another witness living in Longbridge, Birmingham also filmed a UFO over the Birmingham area in 1995. Interestingly, she told of seeing a dark, hardly noticeable object rotating around a luminous object creating what appeared to be the pulsating effect. Whether these have any bearing on what it was the officer saw, we can't say; all we can say is that although these are examples of unidentified flying objects, which continue to be seen around the skies of the UK, we should only judge each case on its individual merits and not jump to any conclusions, rather than attempting to sensationalise incidents like this (as is often seen in the media) by suggesting that they are extra terrestrial in origin. Nothing may be further from the point!CROP CIRCLE DISCOVERED ON THE 4TH OF AUGUST 2012 A mere few hundred yards away from the lay-by, a crop circle was discovered on the 4th August 2012. Wondering if there was any association with what the officer had seen we made our way to the location after having been to the Police Station.After climbing over the gate and walking along the public footpath from its entrance on the side of the lay-by, and walking along the tram lines, we arrived at the irregular formation, clearly visible from the road, and approximately a few hundred feet away from the main A45 road. Following our visits to various crop circles and formations over the years, and finding evidence of what appeared to be some form of microwave, or energy, interaction having taken place through burning and feathering of the crop on the outsize edges, we felt there was no evidence to suggest this to be a genuine crop circle. However, we were curious about the number of bird feathers contained within the lay of the corn, but these could have been crushed down through the action of pressing the corn, which - for all we know - may have happened a few days before the 4th.There was no damage to the nodes of the corn. All of the corn plants were snapped about half way down and reinforced our convictions that this was a crude hoax, although we are the first to point out that we are not specialists in this field (excuse the pun).We discussed the matter with worldwide renowned expert Colin Andrews and sent him the photos. One other observation I can make from a couple of your photographs of the Pickford formation, is"the roughly yard wide band around the outer edge, forming the circumference.
