I was heading north on I91 from New Haven heading to Hartford when a friend spotted the object first this object has appeared to him before in september and today as I'm reporting this he called me to tell me he seen it again on his way home. But what I witness was on highway between exit 14 and 15 I pulled over to get my camera to video what I was witnessing I was able to capture it but with a fixed focal length lens a 50mm I was also able to capture it 60FPS at 720P the footage I have does contain detailed camera log with exact time and date recorded.
