NOVEMBER 9, 2011-UFO researcher Richard Dolan reacted to the White House administration's formal statement on UFOs. "The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race," wrote Phil Larson of the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy. The message was in response to Stephen Bassett's petition posted on the We the People website calling for governmental UFO/ET disclosure. Though their response was "sophomoric," this is the first time the White House has made a public policy statement on this topic-- in the past, they let the Air Force do it, explained Dolan.
To say there is no evidence for the UFO phenomenon, "flies in the face of hundreds, and really thousands of pages of documents that the US government itself is responsible for," which show that something is definitely going on, he pointed out. They could have said this is a valid phenomenon that deserves more attention than its received, but the govt. wants to avoid addressing such topics as alien abduction and secret recovered technology, he continued. Dolan also talked about well documented UFO incidents, such as a case written up by the Coast Guard, which occurred in March 1988 over Lake Erie, in which an aerial object hovered over the frozen water, and caused the ice to break.
APRIL 25, 2013 - UNITED STATES - On Monday, April 22, "HuffPost Live" featured a segment about theoretical invisible life that could exist on Earth. This segment, titled "Earth's Alien Life," featured "HuffPost" Senior Science Editor David Freeman, University of Colorado, Boulder Professor of Philosophy Carol Cleland, Arizona State University theoretical physicist and astrobiologist Paul Davies, University of Massachusetts-Amherst Associate Professor of English David Toomey, and was hosted by "HuffPost Live"'s Josh Zepps. Carol Cleland and her colleague Shelley Copley coined the term "shadow bioshpere" in a 2006 paper in the "International Journal of Astrobiology" to describe the possible invisible life on our planet. According to the "Guardian", Cleland explains, "On Earth we may be co-inhabiting with microbial lifeforms that have a completely different biochemistry from the one shared by life as we currently know it." So if there's the possibility that such life exists on Earth, and I think, theoretically, there's no reason at this time to dismiss it, then it makes much more sense, and I think it's much more likely we would detect it here on Earth. The problem, of course, is the signal for extant life on Earth is so strong that we have to figure out ways of recognizing unfamiliar life and discriminating them from familiar life. And that's the really hard part.Scientists have proposed possible methods for detecting this "weird life," but until it is detected, the shadow biosphere remains an interesting theory.- OPEN MINDS.
An age old question that has long begged for a real answer. Are they the vehicles of aliens from another universe, or not? Perhaps it's best to first examine what UFOs are not. If you blindly accept that UFOs are the product of Hollywood, then how would you explain all the reported sightings in newspapers across the country dating back to the late 1800s? The fascination with alien ships in the sky precedes box office hits and TV programming. In fact, it is older than the Bible. They are often attributed to weather balloons, but the bizarre shapes of UFOs and weather balloons just doesn't make much sense. What about the swamp gas theory? The earliest sightings of UFOs took place in the dry climate of Texas and plains of North Dakota. Not many swamps in those parts. Fast forward to the 1940s when these strange things in the sky really get some heat with the Roswell incident. Here is where the debunking of aliens and unidentified flying objects really begins. Yes, strange beings crashed to Earth in a ship not of this world. It was reported in the newspaper. There was a witness. A witness who had pieces of the aircraft - a material unknown to this world. It only took the military about 24 hours to assess the situation, confiscate the evidence and get a retraction of the initial report compiled and published. Much ado about nothing, wouldn't you say? It also marks the beginning of incessant patrolling of the perimeter of a huge piece of wasteland now known as Area 51. If nothing happened and this UFO crash was just the delusional claims of some uneducated farmer, then why are tax dollars being used to keep everyone but 'authorized personnel' to get a glimpse of the site for over seven decades? UFOs are constructed and powered with engineering unknown to any aeronautic program in the world. They can enter airspace in an instant and blink right back out again. They register on radar screens only while they are visible. They make no noise, yet they travel at speeds that defy aircraft built on Earth. They can hover like a helicopter. They operate without wings, propellers or tails. And, yes, they have landed with witnesses observing alien beings emerging. Some say that UFOs are just super stealth weapons used in top secret stealth missions of global military powers. Do you suppose that this new era of aircraft was built from ideas the designers and engineers gleaned from Hollywood movies? Where did this technology come from? Progress is only possible with knowledge. If you could make fast strides at bettering yourself without knowledge, the Dark Ages would have been far different and modern convenience wouldn't be so modern. You need knowledge to make new discoveries, to invent or even just improve things. If UFOs do not exist and aliens did not crash land at Roswell, then why would military crafts be designed to look like them? This mimicking the aliens' model of aircraft really should bring a myriad of questions to mind. So, these are based on delusions and whatever is found inside glowing clouds of swamp gas, weather balloons and atmospheric reflections? Some believe that this is all part of the debunking strategy. That by copying the incredible handiwork of alien engineers, it becomes easier to show the public that these are nothing but protective forces at work. This is really strange, don't you think? TRUTH IS MUCH STRANGER THAN FICTION. In June of 2012, a saucer craft being trucked along the D.C. Beltway was mistakenly identified as a UFO by the public. Before you say, well of course, the meme is eager to jump on a sighting, read this quote from the story by Fox News: "It's an experimental, unmanned aircraft called an X-47B, according to Northop Grumman spokesman Brooks McKinney. The company spokesman said the saucer-like shape of the aircraft is a deliberate effort to make it harder to detect. "[IT'S] A SHAPE THAT MINIMIZES ITS REFECTION OF POTENTIAL ENEMY RADAR SIGNALS," said McKinney, who also pointed out that the aircraft has no tail." "Image credit: "Fox News, Washington D.C. There you have it. Stealth seems to have something to do with shape, but alien craft are seen on radar. UFOs do not remain unseen when they are in our atmosphere. I don't know about you, but it's very troublesome that our safety is based on 'delusions.' On a country road in Richmond in,we where,my ex girlfriend and myself,she felt this was part of a series of events,we where arguing about whitlet streibers book transformations and she noticed a light travlling off the road to the south,i was driving,so I had to peek and look back at road and at the light,as I looked at light then back at road,...it was that quickly over the moving car.It stayed over us going down the road for some time until I noticed a car approaching in the opposite direction,we then left that area,and drove to another part of the town,she keep insistening that it was still following us, and that she had just saw behind yhe trees,as I went around the bend,i saw the ufo,just sitting there in the sky.i turned sound snd left the area. My ex tells a story more detailed and longer,with more interaction with something..please this is to me just the tip of the iceberg.

Unbelievable story of a UFO crash in the city of Varginha, in Brazil, April 1997, the capture of aliens by the military, the participation of the U.S. Government and more. Despite the black-out on this spectacular event, the news spread all around the world very fast, only to dissolve in mediatic oblivion.
Around midnight between January 19-20 NORAD (North American Air Defense Command) contacts their Brazilian alike CINDACTA (Integrated Center on Air Defense and Air Traffic Control) and warns them of a UFO coming down over southern parts of Minas Gerais state.
This is witnessed and leaked by both a Brazilian Air Force man and an employee at the radar facility at Air Force Base VI Comar, who received the information, all this according to John Carpenter and Ricardo Varela Correa.
The farmworkers couple Augusta and Eurico Rodrigues were wakened by the roams of the farm cows and sheep. As they looked out the window to see what was up they saw the animals running from one side to the other. As they looked up the sky they saw a silent UFO without lights. John Carpenter gives us an image of the UFO:
"It was a submarine-shaped "mini-bus" that was trembling like a curtain and emitting smoke or fog as it descended to at least 5 meters above the ground. A military witness now admits that it crashed and he was part of the debris retrieval. Material was twisted and lightweight."
The Rodrigues couple's farm is placed in a coffee district located 10 kilometers (6 miles) northwest from the town of Varginha, midway between Varginha and Tres Coracoes. There is a large contingency of people who believe in aliens and extra terrestrials. There are endless stories of abduction by UFO aliens, unbelievably performing spacecraft and ancient myths. One of the most intriguing and plausible explanations of why alien species are here or come to visit with us mostly harmless humans is to inter bread with us and repair their genetic flaws, which over hundreds of thousands of years had caused damage to their DNA. Some scientists have helped propel these myths but providing interesting information we have learned thru the space program about issues with radiation in space. For long-term space travel we must find solutions to protect us from the radiation, which might also damage our DNA. Thus conspiracy theorists and UFO-logists have hung onto this theory of why they believe the aliens are abducting people and as per the stories of the abducted seem to be quite interested in the human reproductive bio-systems.
Now then, let us discuss the flaws in these theories. First a civilization which may have been transplanted to this planet thru necessity or exploration outpost or colony would already have complete control of their DNA and bio-systems and thus have no need to introduce the human DNA into their lines as it would be somewhat weaker and less evolved. An advanced species which had control of their DNA would not have innate needs for procreation or need sex and thus would have figured out a way to clone without DNA replication loss issues. Additionally a species, which was far advanced would not be worried about DNA damage and would simply fix those issues themselves without having to splice genes from human beings. They would be able to genetically modify their DNA to over come any loses or replication issues from long-term space flight due to radiation or any issues with in-breading from their small population of alien space colony travelers.
Indeed whether you believe in aliens, UFOs or extra terrestrials is irrelevant to the question of if such a story is plausible, as it does not stand to reason. The legends, ancient writings and theories do not seem to hold water. As science learns more about DNA and as our own species becomes transhuman we will be able to better debate these alien urban legends and their flaws.
